This is a great book; the explanations are very clear and easy to understand, there's A LOT of beautiful pictures inside, a lot of interesting footnotes that add extra details, and just in general it's not boring to read; as i'm reading it I find myself constantly curious about what's gonna be explained next
It is not a textbook though, more like a primer for the common man on how the immune system works. The mechanisms of the immune system ARE simplified, but not completely dumbed down, you still get a lot of info and details
I've watched a lot of kurzgesagt's videos, especially biology-related ones, and am still learning a lot of new stuff from the book
The delivery was fine. the book arrived in bubble wrap, there was no damage. i've already popped all the bubbles
overall a very good read, would recommend
